If you do not get an order confirmation, please make sure to check your Junk/SPAM mail. You may also need to log in to your Red Cat account to make sure the order was placed. If you are unable to locate your order confirmation, you may contact us via our contact us options or email at 

Yes; you may place an order through the phone. Our customer service representative will guide you through the steps of ordering, payment, and delivery as well.

Yes, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Please follow the instructions on our Refund Policy, and we’ll g et started on a replacement for you.  

Red Cat Brand apparel is made with the highest-quality, softest blanks from manufacturers around the whole world. We produce our final product ourselves which includes designing, printing, embroidering, and packaging using commercial scale machines.


We accept major credit cards including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Amex, JCB as well as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

We use Shopify PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. It's fully secure for payment processing, so you can accept payments without worrying about credit card security.  


In the event something is not right with your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible. To start a return request, please email first. We will direct you for the next steps.

Your refunds will always be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 days. 

Please note: Return inquiries must be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 30 days following the receipt of your order. You can see more information on our Refund Policy .      


Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2-7 business days to process your item(s) and ship them. Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to be updated. You can track your order through:

1. The shipping confirmation email we send you with the tracking information.

2. Your Red Cat account using the "Track my order" button.

USPS is still experiencing delays due to the effects of COVID-19. These delays may impact package tracking information and extend delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you remain patient and allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to update once you are notified of shipment. 

US customers: we ship through USPS. 

Canadian customers: we ship through the USPS. 

For all other countries: we ship through UPS.
